Pick-Up Game: Chase "Triple X" vs Tim "3 Squints"

Asheville Flight Club return after a short break from videos. Whilst their videos are of particularly low quality, the fact that the games played are not part of an organised tournament results in some interesting variety compared to the usual decimator/Whisper that we have seen run 25 times already. In the case of this video we see three X-Wings up against three TIE Interceptor.

Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures Game Handsome Nick StarViper vs Commentator ...

The FCB Comics and Games store have become quite a presence among the X-wing community for regularly streaming games from their Atlanta location.

They also do a good job of uploading some of the best matches to their YouTube channel. Obviously this is done in the fastest way possible so the result is this unedited match in its entirety which can be a bit drawn out at times but the commentary usually does a good job of filling the gap by commenting on the chat from the stream.

X Wing Liga Köln Spieltag 2 Vollie gegen TKundNobody

The German Pirates of Tatooine channel uploads a battle report from their local competitive league in Cologne.
For the majority of the video most of the ships are not visible as they didn't make sure the full playfield was captured by the camera.in fact they would have been better angling the camera after deployment as its pretty clear the majority of the game would take place on the far side of the playfield.

Another match from the FCB Comincs and Games store Twitch stream.

Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures Game League Match Triple X vs Cloak And Dagger

Chris Gilmore uploads ta few more videos from the FCB comics and games twitch stream.

Once again being part of a stream the video quality isn't of the highest quality and there is a lot of glare from the store lights that make details harder to make out.

The solo commentator does an excellent job but i feel the commentary will always seem more natural when there are two participants to be able to make it more conversational.

BATTLE REPORT #7 - "Kenkirk & Ysanne" vs " New Tres Amigos"

Another batrep from the Italian X-Wing Academy. This time it seems the video quality has dropped a little due to a different filming location than normal. Even so most of the action is easy to follow even if the dutch angle is a little annoying.

The game is well paced and interesting, even for those who don't know Italian.

X-wing Miniatures Let's Discuss Builds: Rogue Squadron #3

Michiel van Rooijen has been uploading high quality videos for the best part of a year so I´m glad I finally got a chance to include one of his new uploads on the Blog.

Michiel has managed to find himself a small niche in the x-wing community doing something that nobody else seems to do. His Vlogs are in depth discussions normally focused on a particular unique pilot and in this case a full 100 point squad. The host takes us through the particular characteristics of the ships, pilots and upgrade cards that he has chosen and gives a pretty in depth and insightful explanation of the possibilities available to the list at hand.

on top of this the video quality is excellent and only occasionally hampered by the slow auto focus on his camera. His audio is crisp and clear and although he has an accent he speaks in a calm and purposeful rhythm that makes him easy to understand.

Check out his videos, and I´m sure you will find something you've probably never thought of.
