Spectreverse X Wing Episode 6 "Mirror Match"
After unboxing all the wave six releases, Benitio Senence produces a full scale battle report where they explore the possibility of playing both scum and villainy and the rebel alliance with the same ships.
The actual video suffers from some pretty poor focus issues which makes it a pretty difficult video to watch. The hosts however do a competent job of commentating the whole experience at least.

X-Wing 100pts- FNP Wargamers Ep.2
FNP Wargamers Publish a video of a battle report at a freindly local game store.
This video is shot on a handheld camera which helps to keep dice rolls a tokens clear and visible to the viewer because the camera is much closer to the action. The down side to this is the activation phase is not covered in the video (mostly because the camera man needs both hands free to move ships). Because of this in this video they choose to leave all the movement templates on the table which ends up with the playfield being considerably cluttered during the combat phase.

X Wing Arcanacon XXXIII Tournament Batrep Round 1 Bounty Hunters
The Fly Casual channel attended a local comic convention with an X-wing tournament, Here is the first of the four rounds of play that was recorded.
Excellent commentary on these videos but the visual presentation is still lacking a little more definition.

X-Wing Store Championships Game 2 - Leebo double B vs Double Falcon
A pretty generic video of a store championship match from the Northern Gaming Network channel. The video quality suffers from a lack of 1080p, poor focus and light saturation. dice rolls are not clear and the commentators don't give much insight into the dice results so you pretty much have to guess whats happening based on how many dice the players point to.
The commentary is a constant conversation with few pauses but the tone could be more lively to prevent the viewer falling asleep, especially towards the end game as you start to fall asleep just watching two ship go round in circles.

X Wing Tournament Report #4 Round 2 Whisper vs Chewbacca
Fly Casual brings coverage from yet another tournament. This time the following four videos are all covering Ian's matches throughout the day.
In a departure from their usual style no commentary track was recorded for this video, Instead they have used the table chatter to fill in for the commentary. I am quite impressed as usually the onboard mic on whatever device is recording the game has a pretty poor reach but in the case of this video both players can be clearly heard. Ian himself does as much as possible to fill quiet spots of the games and to aid the player in following the game action, However there are still times when he is not able to compensate for the lack of a commentary track.
The video is well lit and a clean playfield makes it easy to identify smaller tokens. Dice rolls however, as always, are hard to make out in any video that is less than 1080p (720p maximum in this case).
This particular tournament appears to have been heavily entrenched in the Wave 5 meta with pretty much all matches using no more than 4 ships.

ORS: Episode XII - Battlereport Sigzog vs Luke
http://youtu.be/sK8keMkh1V0
The Outer Rim Smugglers channel runs battle reports from vassal log files. In this case one of the commentators was one of the participants. Speaking of the commentary the two individuals are chatty and agreeable although their accents may make it difficult for some viewers to understand them. Even so they do an excellent job maintaining the chatter and commenting with very little dead air. This of course is made easier for them by using a vassal log as the action moves along much quicker than a standard game.
With regards to the Vassall battle report it can be very informative and equally interesting. However I find that at times they seem to skip through the log file a little too quickly making it dificult to follow all the dice rolls.
The production quality of Outer Rim Smugglers is very good, with ship stats being prominently displayed on the screen at all times and animations and sound cues used to inform of shield/ hull hits. They also present the full lists played at the begining of the video in a very clear manner.
The Outer Rim Smugglers have produced about a dozen of these videos so far and the draw factor of their videos in my opinion is the insightful commentary, the down side being that they use vassall logs.
Score: 8/10
